The 4-inch aluminum intake pipe and custom air box draw cooler air from the fender, feeding a 4.8-inch cast intake horn that improves turbo inlet efficiency and eliminates the restrictive stock resonator. On the charge air side, 3-inch and 3.5-inch mandrel-bent intercooler pipes replace the factory plastic and two-piece units, reducing turbulence and minimizing pressure drop. At the heart of the system is a CNC-machined cast aluminum Y-bridge that ensures even airflow into the heads, paired with a 3-inch crossover pipe to maximize volume. The downpipe features a v-band flange for a secure fit and comes wrapped in heat-resistant material to manage engine bay temps and improve turbocharger response.
