PRODUCT DETAIL
Features:
That nose down stance on a Super Duty is easy to spot and just as easy to fix, as long as the parts you pick work together. The Synergy 8650-12 Leveling System raises the front end for a level look while improving ride quality, handling, and suspension travel. It does that with a matched set of parts instead of a spring and a hope. The heart of the kit is a pair of progressive rate coil springs, CNC hot wound in the USA, which Synergy says gives them a softer rate that improves comfort and control without settling or sagging over time. Those springs are paired with Fox 2.0 shocks at all four corners, tuned by Synergy specifically for the Super Duty platform. That combination gives you a smoother ride on the street and more bottom out resistance when the road turns rough, and Synergy says front wheel travel grows by 30 percent, from 7.75 inches to 9.75 inches. The kit also includes brake line relocation brackets, caster sleeves, and bump stop and sway bar end link spacers, which help the truck keep its stock suspension geometry and factory handling. Synergy says there is no loss in towing capacity or performance, and it leaves room for 35 or 37 inch tires with the proper backspacing.
The Synergy 8650-12 is a front leveling system for 2005 and newer Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks, supplied with Fox 2.0 smooth body shocks. Synergy lists the expected front lift as 2.5 inches on 2005-2019 trucks, 3.5 inches on 2023 and newer trucks, and 2.5 inches on 2020 and newer Tremor models. The 2.5 inch leveling springs, part 8663-25, are precision CNC hot wound progressive rate coils with a two stage abrasion resistant powder coat, and Synergy says they are bind free and will not stress fracture when compressed. The kit includes two front and two rear Fox 2.0 shocks with a custom Synergy tune, and the 2.0 shocks are IFP shocks that separate the shock oil from a nitrogen charged gas chamber to prevent oil aeration. To retain stock geometry, it adds CNC machined 6061 aluminum bump stop spacers, zinc plated 1045 steel caster sleeves, CNC laser cut zinc plated brake line relocation brackets, a sway bar end link spacer kit, and a Fox shock eyelet sleeve. All of the components bolt in, and the install needs only basic hand tools. The system fits 35 x 12.50 tires with no trimming, while 37 x 12.50 tires need minor fender trimming depending on wheel backspacing. Synergy says an adjustable track bar is required to recenter the axle after the lift, and it recommends the 7675-01 or 7675-02.
