The Synergy Manufacturing SYN-8568-02 Heavy Duty Tie Rod is engineered to eliminate steering deflection and tie rod fatigue common in lifted or heavily worked Dodge Ram trucks. Built for off-road use, towing, and high-stress applications, this system offers massive strength gains while retaining full compatibility with OEM knuckles and Synergy's drag link.

Unlike stock tie rods, which flex under load and suffer from poor clearance, the Synergy tie rod features a bent profile designed to clear sway bar mounts and the pitman arm while adding two inches of clearance—ideal for lifted setups. Each rod is constructed from 4130 chromoly steel tubing and finished with a mil-spec powder coat for longevity in extreme environments.

This kit is 100% bolt-on and includes Synergy’s proprietary low-misalignment tie rod ends and greaseable boots, which prevent “tie rod flop,” a common issue that causes poor handling and premature wear.
