The SCT EGT Sensor Kit Allows for Monitoring EGTs

Using the SCT EGT Sensor Kit, you can properly monitor your exhaust gas temperatures (EGT), which is arguably the most important parameter to keep track of with a turbocharged engine. To avoid potentially dangerous levels for your engine, this sensor warns you of this danger to allow you to avoid pushing your engine too far. It is hard to find a sensor tougher than this one with the stainless steel EGT probe and RFI-shielding.
