The S&B 76-1012 Intake Elbow offers a smart solution by replacing the stock setup with a much more reliable system. It includes a billet grid heater delete plate and a coil-style intake air heater, completely eliminating the risk of fasteners falling into the cylinders. This kit doesn’t just protect your motor, it does it with precision. S&B includes everything you need for a proper install, including new OEM gaskets, a replacement fuel line for cylinder #1, and all necessary hardware. It’s engineered for a seamless install and backed by years of testing both on the flow bench and out on the road.

What's New?

We have utilized this transition to add more value and versatility to the 6.7L Elbow:

Dual Heater Capability: The part has been redesigned to accommodate an optional second heater element (AM0677-00 $129). This is a major performance upgrade for our customers operating in extremely cold climates.

Massive Production Increase: We have added another 5-axis vertical mill to our CNC department specifically for this line. This investment allows us to produce elbows at an alarming rate; backorders will soon be a thing of the past.

Design Refinement: Every aspect of the casting and machining process has been updated to meet our rigorous quality standards.
