Protect Your Investment with Peace of Mind

When you’ve spent good money on premium LED lighting, the last thing you want is for it to disappear when you’re not looking. The Rigid 40282 D-Series Security Kit is designed to help prevent exactly that. This universal kit works with Rigid’s Dually and D2 LED light families, offering a simple but effective layer of theft deterrence. It includes stainless steel security nuts and bolts along with the necessary keyed tools to install and remove them. The hardware is built to handle tough outdoor conditions without rusting, which is especially important if your rig sees a lot of weather or trail time.

Easy Integration with Your Existing Setup

One of the best things about this kit is how easily it integrates into your current light mount setup. It’s designed to be used in conjunction with the standard hardware that comes with your Rigid lights, so there’s no need for complicated modifications or special brackets. Just install the security bolts in place of the standard ones, tighten them down with the included key, and you’re done. Whether you're mounting lights on a daily-driven pickup, a dedicated off-road rig, or a work truck that sits in unpredictable environments, this kit gives you a low-profile way to protect your gear without adding hassle or bulk. It’s a small investment that adds real protection to a valuable part of your build.
