The fluorocarbon lining improves lubricity and chemical resistance, while the silicone rubber construction allows the hoses to withstand constant boost pressures and temperatures from -76 to +437 degrees Fahrenheit. PPE silicone maintains structural integrity even under high boost pressures within this temperature range. PPE Performance Silicone Hoses are much less likely to blow out compared to stock hoses.
