Fully Enhanced Steering System

When it comes to steering components, reliability is essential. Our tie rod assemblies provide exceptional strength and durability, enhancing your truck's steering system. They are designed with a 32% larger-diameter forged sleeve, a 27% larger-diameter toe adjusting shaft, and 14% larger, more robust ball studs. The outer tie rod end includes a spring-loaded ball-stud seat that maintains constant pressure and matches the OEM steering knuckle taper. The inner tie rod end features adjustable components through the end cap and includes a powdered metal ball seat with a rubber shim for clearance compensation.

500 PSI Maximum

Do not exceed 500 PSI of pressure when applying grease, as this can damage the grease caps and lead to tie rod failure, voiding your warranty. Additionally, avoid overextending the tie rod angle, which can damage the inner tie rod or outer ball stud retaining assembly. This risk arises from steep tie rod–steering rack angles or the overextension of modified suspensions.
