Constructed from premium chrome-moly alloy, PPE Main Studs boast an impressive 215,000 psi yield strength and 230,000 psi tensile strength. Each stud undergoes heat treatment before being centerless ground and thread rolled, significantly reducing stress concentration and enhancing fatigue resistance. The studs are broached via EDM for top-level precision and come with a black oxide finish for added durability. The kit includes an assembly lubricant packet to ensure uniform load distribution and accurate torque readings.
