Engineered Oil And Water Separation With Serviceable Design

PPE developed this system after confirming how much oil and hydrocarbon vapor passes through the factory crankcase ventilation system on the 3.0L Duramax. At the heart of the kit is a highly efficient stainless steel filter screen that captures oil and water vapor before it can reenter the turbo compressor housing. The included one inch diameter molded PCV hoses are oil resistant and longer in length, which helps reduce vapor velocity and promote condensation. This design allows more contaminants to drop out of the air stream and collect in the aluminum reservoir rather than entering the intake. The system is fully serviceable, so you can easily drain and maintain it as part of your routine upkeep. Additionally, all necessary hardware is included for a straightforward bolt on installation.
