The ICON K67114 Stage 4 Suspension System transforms your 2017-2022 Ford F250 or F350 Super Duty 4WD with substantial ride height while improving the way the suspension handles workdays, highway miles, and serious off road terrain. Approximately 50 percent more front wheel travel gives the tires greater freedom to follow uneven surfaces, while dual rate front coils and progressive rear leaf springs help keep the truck controlled and comfortable as conditions change. ICON's four link system removes much of the articulation bind associated with the factory radius arms, letting the front axle move more naturally when one side of the trail climbs while the other drops. Vehicle specific 2.5 inch piggyback reservoir shocks add the damping control needed to manage that extra travel, especially when rough terrain keeps the suspension working continuously. Dual opposing steering stabilizers help keep steering behavior predictable, while the progressive rear springs improve ride quality without reducing towing capacity. Purpose Built Geometry Keeps Big Lift Under Control

ICON engineers the K67114 as a complete suspension package that addresses the geometry and component demands created by significantly increasing Super Duty ride height. The front suspension combines seven inch dual rate coil springs with a four link conversion that uses dedicated upper and lower links to reduce bind while maintaining positive caster throughout suspension travel. Caster can be adjusted through the lower link arms, eliminating the need for alignment cams used with some other lifted suspension configurations. An adjustable track bar helps correctly position the front axle, while progressive rear leaf spring packs provide the rear suspension support needed to complement the increased front height. ICON 2.5 inch Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks feature one piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and are fully rebuildable and revalvable for future service. The system also includes a dual opposing 2.0 inch steering stabilizer setup because the required drag link flip prevents reuse of the factory stabilizer. Lift height varies by configuration, with 2017-2019 trucks receiving seven inches of front lift, 2020-2022 non Tremor models receiving 7.75 inches, and Tremor equipped models receiving 6.75 inches over stock.
