Approximately 50 percent more front wheel travel gives the tires greater freedom to follow uneven terrain, while dual rate coil springs help keep the truck controlled when the surface changes beneath you. ICON's four link system frees up front suspension movement by reducing the bind associated with factory radius arms, which pays off when the axle needs to articulate over rocks, ruts, and uneven job site roads. The 2.5 inch piggyback reservoir shocks add 10 levels of compression adjustment through ICON's CDC Valve, letting you fine tune the ride as your load or terrain changes. A dual opposing steering stabilizer system adds another layer of control to the front end, helping deliver predictable steering manners both on the highway and away from pavement. Advanced Front End Hardware Works As One System

The K64515 Stage 5 package combines several major suspension upgrades to control axle movement, steering behavior, and damping throughout the increased travel range. ICON's four link conversion uses dedicated frame brackets with upper and lower links to reduce articulation bind while maintaining positive caster as the front suspension cycles. An adjustable track bar works alongside the four link geometry to keep the front axle properly positioned beneath the truck after adding 4.5 inches of lift. ICON 2.5 inch Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks feature vehicle specific tuning and CDC Valve technology, providing 10 external compression settings for quick changes in damping response. These shocks use corrosion resistant anodized aluminum bodies and substantial 7/8 inch shafts, while their rebuildable and revalvable construction allows for future servicing and tuning. Additionally, the included dual opposing steering stabilizer kit uses a pair of ICON 2.0 inch Aluminum Series stabilizers to improve steering control and complement the upgraded suspension hardware. A 5 inch rear block kit completes the stance, resulting in a comprehensive system engineered to make suspension travel, damping, steering, and axle geometry work together on the 2017-2022 Super Duty.
