Its four link system eliminates much of the suspension bind associated with the factory radius arms, allowing the front end to articulate more freely when the terrain starts working each wheel independently. Approximately 50 percent more front wheel travel gives the suspension additional room to absorb rough surfaces, while dual rate coil springs help maintain controlled and comfortable behavior across changing conditions. ICON CDCV shocks add another level of versatility with 10 compression settings, letting you dial in the damping for daily driving, towing, job site duty, or more demanding off road adventures. Four Link Control Changes How The Front End Moves

At the heart of the K64514 Stage 4 system is ICON's four link conversion, which replaces the limitations of the factory radius arm arrangement with upper and lower links designed for improved articulation. By reducing suspension bind and maintaining positive caster throughout the range of travel, the four link geometry helps preserve predictable handling as the front axle moves through compression and extension. ICON pairs this setup with 4.5 inch dual rate coil springs and an adjustable track bar, allowing the axle to remain properly positioned beneath the truck at the increased ride height. Front and rear 2.5 inch Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks use vehicle specific tuning and CDCV technology to provide 10 levels of externally adjustable compression damping. Their anodized aluminum bodies resist corrosion, while 7/8 inch shafts and FK rod end bearings support durability and minimize unwanted deflection during suspension movement. The shocks are also fully rebuildable and revalvable, giving owners a serviceable damping package that can be maintained as the truck accumulates miles. Finished with a 5 inch rear block kit and matched rear shocks, the system brings lift height, axle control, damping, and suspension geometry together as one thoroughly engineered package.
