The FOX 985-24-035 is a 2.0" IFP steering stabilizer engineered specifically for 2005-2007 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks. The body is impact extruded and CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum as a one-piece design, finished with a clear anodized coating that resists rust and corrosion over years of exposure. Internal components are black anodized, CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, paired with a half-inch hard chrome plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft built to handle repeated compression and extension cycles. FOX uses a race-developed, high-flow piston design inside the unit, along with application-specific valving tuned for this exact platform rather than a generic universal setup. Sealing is handled by a redundant pack system consisting of a main seal, wiper seal, and scraper seal, which keeps contaminants out while maintaining consistent damping performance over time. The stabilizer offers 10.12 inches of travel, with an extended length of 27.37 inches and a compressed length of 17.25 inches, and it mounts using a stem top and eyelet bottom configuration.
