Chromoly Uniball Engineering Built For Strength And Suspension Control

At the heart of this 4 inch Ultimate System are Fabtech Uniball upper control arms constructed from .120 wall 4130 chromoly tubing with a 1.50 inch outer diameter. These arms are paired with 1 inch FK stainless PTFE lined uniballs that are designed to handle high loads while allowing increased angular movement. This combination supports up to 9 inches of front wheel travel, giving the suspension more usable range without binding. The system also includes heavy duty ductile iron steering knuckles that maintain proper steering geometry at the lifted height. Forged torsion bar adjusting keys are provided to achieve the correct amount of lift while minimizing CV bind, which is critical on 2011-2016 GM 2500HD and 3500HD trucks. Furthermore, the rear suspension remains untouched, allowing the truck to retain its factory load characteristics. For those who prefer a slight rake, an optional 1 inch rear block kit is available to fine tune the final stance.
