Engineered Strength And Smart Geometry For GM HD Performance

Fabtech designed this 4 inch Ultimate System around heavy duty components that complement the factory suspension geometry of 2011-2016 GM 2500HD and 3500HD trucks. The system utilizes replacement upper control arms built from 1.50 inch OD .120 wall DOM tubing, delivering excellent strength and durability for hard use. These arms attach to robust ductile iron steering knuckles, providing a solid foundation for maintaining proper alignment and steering performance at the new ride height. The factory torsion bars remain in their original position, and forged adjusting keys are included to achieve the proper amount of lift without compromising the integrity of the setup. Furthermore, because the lower control arms, torsion bars, and front differential stay in place, there is no loss of ground clearance. This approach keeps driveline angles in check while preserving the truck’s working capability. For those who prefer a slight rake, Fabtech also offers an optional 1 inch rear block kit, giving you flexibility in dialing in the final stance.
