Designed for 2007.5–2012 6.7L Cummins trucks, this injector isn’t for mild builds or daily drivers—it’s built for competition-level performance where flow, precision, and durability matter most. At 500% over stock, this injector delivers massive fuel volume—exactly what high-horsepower builds need to stay fed under heavy load and high boost. To handle that level of performance, Exergy doesn’t just open up the nozzles and call it good. Each one is micro-machined using EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and finished with abrasive flow honing for incredibly smooth and accurate flow paths. Then they’re tested and balanced to within 1% across the set, ensuring every cylinder is contributing equally and efficiently.
