Give Your Early 6.7L Cummins A Stronger Pull Without Touching The ECM

The first 6.7L Cummins trucks are tough, but anyone who tows with one knows there is room to give it a little more. The Edge Juice with Attitude CTS4 adds that with an inline module that changes how the truck performs without reflashing the ECM. Edge lists five power levels that you choose on the fly from the monitor, starting at a gentle 25 horsepower and 70 lb-ft of torque and reaching 80 horsepower and 200 lb-ft at level 5. If you want more, Edge says an optional Hot Unlock sixth level can bring gains of up to 100 horsepower and 250 lb-ft through an internet update on supported applications. Because the power level is always your choice, you can step up when a trailer is hooked up and step back down for the commute. The included EGT probe lets you set a maximum EGT, and Edge says built in backdowns automatically reduce power when a limit you set is reached. Cold engine defuel control and a turbo timer look after the engine at the start and end of each drive. The Attitude CTS4 ties it together on a color touchscreen that shows your gauges and logs your data, so you always know where the truck stands.

Five Power Levels, One Optional Unlock, And Every Protection Setting In The Monitor

The Edge 31505-4 pairs the Juice inline performance module with the Attitude CTS4 digital monitor for 2007.5-2012 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 6.7L Cummins. Edge lists five power levels with gains of 25 horsepower and 70 lb-ft at level 1, 40 and 90 at level 2, 50 and 120 at level 3, 65 and 160 at level 4, and 80 and 200 at level 5. The optional Hot Unlock level 6 adds more fuel and RPM for up to 100 horsepower and 250 lb-ft, and Edge cautions that gains and features vary significantly by model year, engine, and application. The included EGT probe supports real time exhaust temperature monitoring and a maximum EGT setpoint, and supported backdowns reduce power when a user defined limit is reached. Other settings include cold engine defuel control, boost setpoint levels 1 through 5 on supported applications, a turbo timer with EGT based or time based options, and tire size adjustment from 1 to 50 inches. The CTS4 is a color touchscreen with an auto dimming screen, a speedometer, in cab monitoring, 5 volt data logging inputs, alerts and records, performance tests, video capability, and Wi-Fi updates. It reads and clears supported trouble codes, and compatible EAS sensors and camera options expand the system. The kit includes software and an instruction manual, and pods and mounts are available for the monitor.
