The color touchscreen sits in the cab and shows supported engine, drivetrain, temperature, and pressure readings, with an included EGT probe feeding the exhaust temperature to the display. That means you can watch what the engine is doing before you decide how much power to ask of it. Edge lists five power levels that you change on the fly from the monitor, starting at 25 horsepower and 80 lb-ft of torque and reaching 100 horsepower and 250 lb-ft at level 5. If you want to go further, Edge says an optional Hot Unlock sixth level can take gains up to 180 horsepower and 400 lb-ft through an internet update on supported applications. Along the way, safety backdowns reduce power automatically when a limit you set is reached, so you stay in control instead of guessing. A turbo timer and cold engine defuel control add a bit more care at the start and end of every drive. Performance Settings, Protection Settings, And Monitor Functions Broken Into Three Groups

The Edge 31503-4 is a Juice inline performance module with an Attitude CTS4 digital monitor for 2004.5-2005 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 5.9L Cummins. On the performance side, the module offers five power levels from 25 horsepower and 80 lb-ft up to 100 horsepower and 250 lb-ft, with an optional Hot Unlock level 6 listed at up to 180 horsepower and 400 lb-ft. Edge cautions that horsepower, torque, available levels, and features vary significantly by model year, engine, and application. On the protection side, the included EGT probe supports a maximum EGT setpoint, supported backdowns can be enabled or disabled, and cold engine defuel limits added performance until the engine reaches an appropriate temperature. Boost setpoint levels 1 through 5 are available on supported applications, and a turbo timer can run on either EGT or time. The tire size setting adjusts from 1 to 50 inches. The monitor is a color touchscreen with an auto dimming screen, a speedometer, in cab monitoring, 5 volt data logging inputs, alerts and records, performance tests, video capability, and Wi-Fi updates. It can read and clear supported trouble codes, and compatible EAS sensors and camera options expand the system.
