High Output Calibration Engineered For Legal Performance

The Sport Tune for the 2016 6.6L Duramax LML is a fully customized ECM calibration with more than 100 changes from the factory tune. It delivers gains of up to +100 horsepower and +180 ft-lbs of torque, bringing total output to approximately 400 horsepower and 680 ft-lbs of torque while remaining emissions intact and 49-state legal. Throttle mapping, fueling, and torque management are refined to deliver strong acceleration with reduced soot compared to box programmers. Firm shift behavior is supported through recommended TCM tuning, which helps keep the engine operating in its ideal RPM range under load. The tune is flashed through EFI Live AutoCal V3 hardware, allowing easy OBD programming along with data logging and diagnostics. Because of the increased power, supporting modifications such as improved fuel supply and transmission tuning are strongly recommended for long-term reliability. For manual transmission trucks, the throttle mapping is designed to bring power in smoothly to support clean, controlled shifts.
