A Purpose Built Tuning Solution For Loaded Commercial Work

The Heavy Tow package includes both ECM and TCM tuning, specifically engineered for 2015-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke chassis cab trucks that operate under demanding towing conditions. The ECM calibration provides modest but critical gains of +30 rear wheel horsepower and +66 ft-lbs of torque, strategically delivered to improve low-end pulling power without raising EGTs. SMART EGT control actively monitors and adjusts fueling to maintain safe exhaust temps, while built-in air-fuel ratio limits reduce soot output to protect emissions components. On the transmission side, the custom TCM tune enhances gear selection, increases line pressure, and improves torque converter lockup, keeping the truck in its optimal powerband during load-heavy operation. This helps reduce short-shifting and improves drivability, especially on trucks with heavier beds or equipment racks. The included RTD hardware connects via Bluetooth and comes with two ECM and two TCM credits for easy flashing.
