The DFC Diesel KORE661116LMLLB is a remanufactured long block engineered for 2011-2016 GM Silverado and Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with the 6.6L Duramax LML, listed for standard and automatic transmission applications. The block is professionally machined and bored on Rottler CNC equipment for use with the next oversized piston, with tolerances better than OEM specifications. The engine includes all new pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, valves, springs, hardened seats, stem seals, and cast guides, and it comes standard with Total Seal gapless piston rings and improved gasket sealing in common leak areas. It ships as a complete short block assembly with the cylinder heads installed, along with a complete top end gasket kit to finish the install. It does not include the front cover, rear cover, oil pump, upper or lower oil pan, oil pickup tube, rocker arms, pushrods, or valve bridges. Bolt-on parts such as the valve covers, intake, exhaust, fuel system, and turbo must be swapped over from your existing engine, and the customer is responsible for having the injectors, injection pumps, and fuel system professionally tested, cleaned, and replaced if needed. To keep the warranty valid, a new oil cooler, new air, oil, and fuel filters, a new water pump, and new lubricating oil are required at installation.
