The DFC Diesel KORE640810STAULB is a remanufactured long block engineered specifically for 2008-2010 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.4L Powerstroke engine, compatible with both automatic and manual transmission applications. Every long block is machined using Rottler equipment, delivering tolerances that exceed OEM specifications throughout the build. The engine includes all new pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, valves, springs, hardened seats, stem seals, and cast guides, and comes standard with O-ringed cylinder heads and upgraded connecting rod bolts, both addressing common failure points on this platform. It ships as a complete short block assembly with the cylinder heads included, along with a complete top end gasket kit to finish the installation. It's worth noting this long block does not include the front cover, rear cover, oil pump, upper or lower oil pan, oil pickup tube, rocker arms, pushrods, or valve bridges, and that top end gaskets beyond what's included, the injector return line seal kit, and the turbocharger gasket kit are not included and must be sourced separately. To maintain warranty coverage, a new oil cooler, new air, oil, and fuel filters, a new water pump, and new lubricating oil are required at the time of installation.
