The DFC Diesel KORE602004STAULB is a remanufactured long block engineered specifically for 2004 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine featuring 18mm cylinder head dowel pins, and compatible with both automatic and manual transmission applications. Every long block is machined using Rottler equipment, delivering tolerances that exceed OEM specifications throughout the build. The engine includes all new pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, valves, springs, hardened seats, stem seals, and cast guides, along with upgraded rod bolts and Total Seal gapless piston rings, with head studs included depending on availability. This engine is built for models with the ICP sensor located in the front passenger valve cover, an important distinction specific to this 2004 production run. The long block ships as a complete short block assembly with the cylinder heads included, along with a complete top end gasket kit and silicone to finish the installation. It's worth noting this long block does not include the front cover, rear cover, oil pump, upper oil pan mounting plate, oil pan, or oil pickup tube.
