These high-performance leaf springs are specifically tailored to complement 2.5" suspension lifts, ensuring exceptional ride quality for customers who carry a constant load of 1,000lbs in their truck bed. Please note that these "HD" springs are not intended for unloaded use. When loaded with 1,000lbs, they function as intended and deliver optimal performance. However, if you run them empty, they will provide more lift than stated and result in a rigid ride. Whether you're hauling tools, a welder, or a tent/decked setup, these "Heavy Duty" Leaf Springs have got you covered.

Improved Spring Rate Progression

Unlike the factory leaf spring packs with their harsh ride and limited functionality, the 2005-2007 SuperDuty Carli Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit features a 9-Leaf main pack and a 3-Leaf overload, offering improved spring rate progression. These leaf springs support up to 15" of wheel travel while accommodating a constant load of 1,000lbs. The repositioned center-pin allows for the fitment of up to 38" tires (37" recommended) and ensures a perfectly leveled rear to match 2.5"/3.5" front suspension systems, respectively. Experience smoother suspension cycling whether you're cruising on the highway, exploring off-road terrain, or towing heavy loads. It's important to consider that the standard Carli tuning may not be optimal for these springs. The additional sprung weight and increased spring rate are on the threshold of requiring additional tuning in terms of compression and rebound, although it is still possible to use them without it.
