Notes:

• Make sure to run the proper amount of antifreeze necessary, especially in cooler climates.
• Many Cummins Billet Freeze Plug Kits come with 5 plugs. The reason we don’t include the 5th is pretty simple: The front plug is behind the fan clutch adapter, it never leaks or comes out because it physically cannot move with the bracket in the way. Secondly, you don’t even get the benefit of seeing the shiny part because the fan clutch is hiding it. The ones that are made for the front, do not have any bolts that hold them in as there’s no room to include any. They just sit there and vibrate. Rubber that is moving around like these plugs do, will eventually wear and cause leaks. The factory style press fit plug for that application is better because it isn’t vibrating due to the press fit inside the block.
