At the center of the system is Carli's stainless steel stabilizer shock that uses an internal floating piston design. This design separates nitrogen gas from the hydraulic oil inside the shock, maintaining constant pressure on the oil column during operation. By keeping the oil and gas separated, the stabilizer avoids the foaming that can reduce performance in traditional emulsion style shocks. The mounting system includes a precision machined 6061 billet aluminum clamp paired with a laser cut steel bracket that is finished in a durable powder coat. Heavy duty 1/2 inch Grade 8 hardware ensures the assembly stays secure even under demanding driving conditions. This stabilizer is specifically designed for trucks running Mopar OEM steering linkage and is not compatible with Synergy steering or Moog drag links.
