Out back, the 3 tube bypass shocks and full progressive spring pack transform how the truck reacts to big hits, washboard roads, and fast desert sections. Additionally, the system is height adjustable about 1 inch to compensate for heavy bumpers or a winch, so you can dial in stance and geometry properly. With 8 inches of front travel and 13 inches in the rear, the truck feels more composed and planted when the terrain gets unpredictable. This is one of Carli most capable off road systems, yet it still drives with surprising refinement on pavement.

Precision Tuned King Bypass Technology For Maximum Control

At the core of this system are Carli specific, blueprinted King 2.5 inch shocks on all four corners, each tuned around custom pistons designed specifically for the heavy Super Duty platform. The external bypass tubes feature one way check valves that allow fluid to bypass the main piston in certain zones of travel, creating a supple ride at cruising height and ramping up damping when a large hit is encountered. As the shock moves deeper into the stroke, the ports close and force fluid through the valving, dramatically increasing resistance and acting like a tunable internal bump stop. On rebound, oversized tubes allow rapid shaft return to keep the tires planted, then progressively slow extension near top out for control and stability. Furthermore, the shafts are machined from solid 17-4 stainless steel, eliminating coatings that can wear off and improving long term durability. The rear full progressive spring pack eliminates the need for blocks, extends travel, and reduces wheel hop, though it does trade about 15 percent of load capacity compared to a stock F250. Fully adjustable and delivered with Carli recommended settings, this system gives you the ability to tailor ride comfort and off road performance to match exactly how you use your truck.
