The Carli CS-FFSP-LVL-17-HD spring pack is purpose-built for 2017–2025 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks that carry a regular 1,000 pound bed load. It features a 9-leaf main pack and 3-leaf overload that work together to maintain payload capacity while improving suspension response across changing terrain. The progressive spring design allows for smoother cycling under light load, then stiffens progressively as the rear compresses under weight. This delivers the best of both worlds, soft ride quality when empty and full support when loaded. The pack supports up to 15 inches of rear wheel travel and repositions the center pin to improve tire clearance for up to 38 inch tires, with 37s being ideal. When paired with a 2.5 or 4.5 inch Carli front lift, it levels the stance and dials in geometry without needing additional modifications. If extra lift is needed, blocks can be added, though extended U-bolts and brake lines will be required.
