Instead of the factory’s stiff 2 to 4-leaf pack with a fixed overload, this setup uses a 9-leaf main pack and a 3-leaf progressive overload for better load response and smoother suspension cycling. That progressive design allows the springs to stay soft and responsive when unloaded, while still providing solid support when you're towing or carrying weight. With the center pin relocated, you also gain improved axle position and tire clearance, especially if you're running 37s or 38s. Although there's a slight reduction from full 3/4-ton payload capacity, the ride quality gains more than make up for it in most real-world applications. The 1 inch rear lift aligns perfectly with Carli’s leveling systems, keeping your stance balanced and your handling predictable.
