Give Your Truck The Stance And Strength It Deserves
If you're ready to elevate your 2023-2025 Ford Super Duty F250 or F350 diesel, this 5-inch lift kit from BDS delivers the look, performance, and confidence you’ve been wanting. Designed with serious truck owners in mind, this kit allows you to clear up to 37-inch tires while maintaining a ride that feels smooth and stable whether you're towing, commuting, or off-roading. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks take control to the next level with on-the-fly adjustments for terrain, load, and comfort. You’re not just lifting your truck, you're upgrading how it performs under pressure. The stance becomes more aggressive, and the handling stays sharp, giving your Super Duty a balanced feel on and off the pavement. With heavy-duty components and a clean bolt-on install, you can trust this system to hold up through every haul and trail run. This is a lift kit made for those who expect more from their truck than just stock performance.
Suspension Engineering That Meets Modern Diesel Demands
This 5-inch radius arm lift kit is designed from the ground up to match the power and weight of today’s diesel-powered Super Duty trucks. It starts with full-length, dual-rate Pro-Ride coil springs built specifically for diesel models to maintain ride quality and support the heavier front end. The heavy-duty tubular radius arms replace the weaker factory stamped units, correcting caster and offering greater clearance while using OE-style rubber bushings for a quiet, low-maintenance setup. Steering geometry is properly corrected using a forged drop pitman arm paired with a heavy-duty track bar bracket, helping to recenter the axle and keep the steering tight throughout suspension travel. In the rear, 5-inch fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts provide a level stance and reliable support without requiring an overload spring configuration. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks come standard with dual speed compression adjusters and external reservoirs, allowing you to tune your ride for whatever the road or trail throws at you. Every detail of this kit is engineered to work together, giving you capability, control, and confidence mile after mile.
Fits: 2023, 2024, 2025 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD Diesel
Notes:
Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303
Ford recommends the replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed
Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper
If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402
Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models
Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section
Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups
Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs
Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option
Fits SRW models only
Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of the vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner
