  • Models with two-piece rear drive shafts require carrier bearing drop kit (BDS121612)
  • Requires frame bracket modification and minor welding
  • Torsion bar disassembly requires a special unloading tool
  • GM specified tool number is CH48809
  • Compatible with diesel models only, including AT4 trims
  • Not recommended for gas models due to excessive lift
  • Some wheel/tire combos may require minor trimming
  • Trimming typically involves fender shrouds or bumper valance
  • Dually models need 20" aftermarket wheels, max 285/60/20 tires
  • Factory 17", 18", and 20" wheels will not clear control arms
  • Coil spring compressor is required for coilover disassembly
  • Do not increase coilover preload beyond factory settings
  • Use service kit BDS081203 for replacement ball joints
  • Ball joints must be installed with “dot” facing inward or outward
  • Kit increases track width by 1" per side (2" total)
