Configurable Optics Designed To Maximize Trail Performance

The Baja Designs XL Linkable 6-Light Bar system is a fully customizable lighting solution that outputs 9,450 lumens using twelve high-output LEDs. This setup includes one XL Sport in spot configuration and two XL Sport lights in driving/combo pattern, giving you a balanced spread of lighting that covers both near-field and long-distance zones. Each pod features vertical pitch control with up to 45 degrees of adjustment and horizontal aim adjustability, allowing you to fine-tune light output for different driving conditions or vehicle types. The driving/combo beam combines a wide 44-degree flood with a tight 6-degree spot for zone 3 coverage, while the high-speed spot excels in zones 4 and 5 with a focused beam built for distance. The housing is built from powder-coated cast aluminum with a billet-machined bezel and stainless steel hardware for long-lasting durability in harsh environments. The lenses are made from hard-coated polycarbonate and are user-replaceable via Baja’s uService design. With IP69K waterproofing, MIL-STD810G compliance, and built-in overvoltage protection, this system is built to perform no matter how rough the trail gets.
