Built With Race Grade Components For Demanding Conditions

The Baja Designs OnX6+ 40 Inch High Speed Spot is engineered with advanced optics, efficient electronics, and military-grade durability to handle extreme off-road environments. It packs 24 Cree LEDs into a compact housing, delivering 38,900 lumens on high and 32,440 lumens on low, while only drawing 26.8 amps at peak output. The High Speed Spot beam pattern focuses light into a tight 6-degree spread, making it perfect for Lighting Zones 4 and 5 where long-range visibility is critical. Inside, Baja’s CopperDrive technology ensures the LEDs run at 100 percent without overheating, while Battery Management Technology (BMT) eliminates flicker and protects against voltage spikes. The hard anodized aircraft-grade aluminum housing is paired with a billet-machined aluminum bezel, stainless steel brackets, and a hard-coated polycarbonate lens for unbeatable resistance to impacts and weather. It’s IP69K rated for water and dust ingress, pressure washable, and IK10 compliant for shock and vibration. With uService replaceable lens technology and a plug-and-play Hi-Low dongle, this bar is as serviceable as it is powerful.
