Engineered For Speed With Race Proven Durability

The OnX6 Arc 40 Inch Racer Edition combines Baja Designs’ most advanced LED technology with the rugged construction required for extreme off-road use. It pushes 252 watts through a focused 6-degree High Speed Spot pattern, giving you laser-like precision that reaches far down the trail. This light bar is designed for Lighting Zones 4 and 5, making it perfect when paired with additional combo or wide-angle beams for full coverage. The housing is built from aircraft-grade aluminum with a mil-spec anodized finish, while the lens is made from hard-coated polycarbonate to resist scratches, debris, and impacts. MoistureBlock technology seals the unit against rain, mud, and submersion, with an IP69K rating that even allows pressure washing. Built-in overvoltage protection safeguards your electrical system, while IK10 impact compliance ensures it holds up under heavy vibration and shock. CopperDrive technology powers the LEDs at 100 percent without sacrificing longevity, giving you nearly 50,000 hours of use. With serviceable optics thanks to Baja’s uService design, this light bar is built to last season after season of hard racing or trail exploration.
