• Retains full OEM functionality: push-button start, tow/haul mode, tap shifting, electronic range select, and transfer case controls.

• ATS’s patent-pending Allison-to-Cummins bellhousing ensures a clean bolt-up—no engine grinding, new flexplates, or starter modifications needed.

• Plug-and-play harness supports ECM/TCM/BCM communication to retain:

  • Cruise control

  • Factory remote start

  • Rearview camera

  • Proper speedometer calibration

  • Tow Haul mode

  • Gear indicators (PRNDM)

  • Tap shift and 4x4 Low Range

Transmission Notes

• Transmission is not included—customer must source an Allison LCT1000 unit.

• Stock Allison units are not recommended for high-power Cummins setups. Upgrades are advised to match torque demands.

Installation

• Estimated labor time: ~12 hours for a professional install

• No additional fabrication needed

• Driveshaft length modifications may be required depending on model year

Warranty

• 5-year warranty on the ATS kit (transmission warranty depends on source if customer supplied)

Fitment Notes

• Designed for RAM trucks with the 6.7L Cummins and Aisin AS69RC transmission in 2WD configuration

• Not compatible with 4WD unless otherwise specified in future kit versions

• Factory ECU reflash may be needed depending on original transmission type (68RFE, AS68RC, AS69RC)
