At the core is an ATS built 6R140 automatic transmission, upgraded internally to handle increased torque and demanding duty cycles. The package includes the ATS 5 Star Viskus Clutch Drive torque converter, which improves lockup control and towing performance. A billet intermediate shaft and billet flexplate are included to strengthen critical rotating components under load. The extra deep transmission pan increases fluid capacity to help manage heat during extended towing or heavy use. The ATS CoPilot TOW and pressure controller allows real time adjustment to line pressure and shift behavior.
