Each of the studs in this kit are heat-treated to 200,000 PSI and then centerless ground to make it as close to perfectly concentric as possible. All of the components in this kit are masterfully crafted including the gaskets and cylinder heads that slide into place with ease. Different than other head studs, these ARP studs are thread rolled after heat treatment, which give them 1000% better fatigue strength than those heat treated beforehand.
