The cover is constructed from durable cast aluminum and finished in black powder coat with machined cooling fins, combining corrosion resistance with genuine heat dissipation capability. Internal and external fins work together to pull heat away from the differential oil and release it into the surrounding air, directly supporting the cover's increased oil capacity over the stock unit. The cover uses dual neodymium magnetic plugs at the drain and deep reach fill points to capture loose metal particles before they can cause additional wear inside the differential. A calibration plug is factory-set to the correct oil level to help prevent overfilling during service, and a pre-installed oil level sight glass allows for quick visual inspection without removing any plugs.
