The BDS 793FPE Coilover Conversion Kit is purpose-built for 2020-2024 GM HD trucks equipped with overload springs, offering a complete high-clearance suspension upgrade engineered for strength, travel, and long-term reliability. At the core of the system are FOX 2.5 coilovers with remote reservoirs and DSC adjusters, giving you precise control over both high-speed and low-speed compression to dial in performance on any terrain. Heavy-duty upper control arms are TIG welded from 1.5-inch OD tubing, while the lower arms are fully boxed and gusseted for maximum strength under load. The included multipoint differential relocation brackets help maintain optimal CV angles, while CNC-machined steering knuckles correct geometry and retain ESC compatibility. Front and rear skid plates provide serious protection from trail obstacles, and stainless steel brake lines ensure consistent braking under pressure. • Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to 37x12.50 tires
• Minor trimming may be required with certain wheel and tire setups
• Coilovers come w/ significant preload & require a spring compressor for disassembly
• Do not increase coilover preload beyond factory settings
• Carrier bearing drop kit recommended for two-piece rear driveshafts
• Front driveline vibration may occur with 4WD highway use
