Designed For Precision Fitment And Daily Reliability

The BDS 766H 5" Lift Kit is built specifically for 2020-2025 GM 2500HD and 3500HD 4WD trucks that do not have rear overload springs. The system is engineered with heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick crossmembers, high-clearance design, and multipoint differential relocation brackets to maintain proper CV angles and driveline alignment at full lift height. The steering geometry is dialed in using CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles, which retain ESC system compatibility and work with your factory tie rod ends. Up front, BDS relocates the torsion bars to sit on top of the lower control arms, which eliminates the need to drop the torsion bar crossmember and gives you better ground clearance. The included NX2 shocks are nitrogen charged with velocity-sensitive valving and a twin-tube body, offering consistent damping on the road and improved control on light off-road trails. Out back, a 5-inch block and u-bolt kit raises the rear without compromising load capacity or ride quality. The system also includes relocation brackets for brake lines and ABS wiring, helping everything stay clean and properly routed for daily use or weekend trips.
