High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

Factory Control Arm Type

GM is producing several knuckle/control arm configurations in 2014-2018 models trucks. Cast Steel control arm equipped models will require the "Cast Steel Control Arm" kit. Stamped Steel and Aluminum control arm equipped models will require the "Aluminum Control Arm" kit. Be sure to verify which factory control arms your truck has before ordering by referencing the help images in each tab below.

Rear Lift Option

5 Inch Rear Block Kit

• The 5" rear block replaces the factory 1-1/4" block
• Nets 4" of rear lift to level the vehicle.
• Made of cast iron for high strength.
• Designed to provide correct pinion angles.

Important Note

1. Strut compressor required
2. Requires frame bracket modification
3. Requires differential modification to clear electric power steering
4. Vehicles came from the factory with several knuckle/control arm configurations requiring specific kit selections. Be sure to reference the important notes and images above to determine the correct control arm selection for your application.
5. Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference
6. All wheel drive models require drive line modification.
