Serious Shock Hardware Supports Every Mile

At the heart of the BDS 694FS package are FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks designed with the construction and damping technology needed for demanding truck applications. Each shock uses a 2 inch impact extruded aluminum body with an internal floating piston monotube design that separates the oil and gas for consistent performance. A race developed high flow piston works alongside application specific valving to manage suspension movement according to the needs of the RAM 3500 platform. FOX equips each shock with a 5/8 inch heat treated alloy steel shaft that is hard chrome plated for durability under repeated suspension cycling. CNC machined 6061 T6 aluminum mounting ends provide precise attachment points, while the clear anodized finish adds lasting protection to the aluminum body. BDS pairs this shock package with fabricated steel coil spacers and extended bump stops to create 2 inches of front lift while leaving the rear suspension at its factory height.
