Whether your Baja Designs Squadron light pod took a hit on the trail or you simply want to refresh an older light, the Baja Designs 668403 Squadron Series Clear Lens Kit makes it easy. Thanks to Baja’s uService technology, you can replace the lens and o-ring yourself in just a few minutes, no special tools or factory service required. This kit includes a crystal-clear lens designed to restore maximum light output and keep your beam crisp and focused, making sure your lighting works as hard as you do.

Simple Install with Long-Term Protection

Along with the clear lens, this kit includes a new o-ring to maintain a proper seal against dust, moisture, and debris. This helps ensure your light remains weather-resistant and performs reliably in the harshest environments. Whether you use your Squadron lights for off-roading, work, or daily driving, keeping the lens in good shape is key to getting the most out of your investment. With this easy-to-install replacement kit, you’ll have your lighting restored to peak condition and ready for the next adventure.
