Purpose Built Hardware Controls Critical Suspension Clearances

The ICON 64050 Front Box Kit combines several application specific components required to support a 4.5 inch ICON suspension system on 2008-2022 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty 4WD models. The sway bar drop brackets are fabricated from CNC laser cut steel plate and reposition the sway bar to prevent binding at the links throughout suspension travel. Brake line drop brackets are CNC laser cut and brake formed to provide the additional positioning needed while retaining the factory brake lines. This design means the brake system does not need to be opened during installation, which simplifies that portion of the suspension upgrade. ICON also uses CNC machined 6061 aluminum bump stop spacers to properly limit bump travel as the suspension compresses. These spacers are engineered to handle the stresses associated with aggressive off road driving, while the steel sway bar brackets receive a powder coat finish for corrosion resistance.
