Built for compatible Ford F250 and F350 4WD trucks, this system replaces the traditional front coil spring and shock arrangement with adjustable 2.5 inch remote reservoir coilovers that fit within the factory coil bucket location. The result is greater damping capability along with adjustable ride height, giving you more flexibility to dial in the stance and suspension behavior of your truck. ICON takes that versatility further with CDEV technology, which electronically controls compression damping and can make incredibly precise adjustments in less than 40 milliseconds. When paired with the required ICON Intelligent Control components, the system uses vehicle movement data and your selected settings to actively respond as driving conditions change. Advanced Hardware Meets Intelligent Damping Control

At the center of the ICON 61720E is a pair of 2.5 inch remote reservoir coilovers featuring corrosion resistant CAD plated shock bodies and substantial 7/8 inch shafts. Each coilover uses vehicle specific valving, ICON engineered coil springs, and FK Rod End bearings to provide controlled suspension movement while minimizing unwanted deflection. The included CDEV system electronically meters oil flow during compression, allowing damping force to be adjusted with far greater precision than a conventional fixed valve shock. Through ICON Intelligent Control, data from the onboard G force sensor and gyroscope can be processed using user selected settings to predict suspension demands and command the CDEV system accordingly. Lift height varies by model year and configuration, with 2017-2019 diesel trucks providing 2.5 to 3 inches of front lift while later Super Duty configurations have application specific ranges. The conversion installs in the original coil bucket area, although the factory coil centering cup must be removed and recalibration of the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems is required after installation. Additionally, the shocks are fully serviceable and can be rebuilt or retuned, giving owners a suspension platform that can be maintained and adapted as the truck and its intended use evolve.
