Inside The Kit That Resets Your Driveline Angles

The 49-19630 is a complete application specific system, and the parts list shows how much of the truck it addresses. The Driveline Indexing System includes an 8 bolt clocking ring, a transfer case spacer, a transmission crossmember, a mounting plate, a mount spacer, and the brackets needed to relocate the transmission connector and harness. Up front, heavy duty radius arm drop brackets and a fabricated steel track bar bracket restore proper axle geometry after the lift. A dropped cast iron pitman arm and front and rear sway bar relocation brackets help the steering and sway bar work at the new ride height. In the rear, fabricated taper lift blocks and extended U bolts raise and secure the axle. Bump stop extensions keep the new Bilstein 5100 series shocks from over compressing. The kit also includes extended brake line brackets and e-brake extensions, along with a full hardware pack.
