The ICON 31020 Front Box Kit brings together key components for 2000-2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks running 4 to 8 inches of lift. A 4 inch drop pitman arm helps correct steering geometry and reduce the bump steer that can occur when the drag link and track bar fall out of alignment. ICON also includes a track bar drop bracket with two mounting positions, giving you the flexibility needed to accommodate different lift heights while helping maintain proper axle placement. Extended front sway bar links restore a more appropriate sway bar angle and help prevent binding as the suspension moves through its travel. Polyurethane bushings provide a durable connection for the sway bar links, while the included installation hardware keeps the upgrade straightforward. With a fully bolt on design, this kit gives your lifted truck the supporting components needed to make the entire suspension setup work as intended.

Built To Correct The Geometry Behind Your Lift

ICON engineers the 31020 Front Box Kit around the geometry changes that come with raising the front suspension 4 to 8 inches above stock height. At the center of the kit is a fabricated track bar drop bracket constructed from CNC laser cut and brake formed quarter inch steel plate for dependable strength. Its two track bar mounting locations allow the bracket to accommodate a wider range of suspension heights while positioning the track bar for proper axle control. The included 4 inch drop pitman arm helps keep the steering drag link and track bar closer to parallel, which is important for minimizing bump steer on a lifted truck. Extended front sway bar links equipped with polyurethane bushings correct the sway bar angle and help prevent binding throughout suspension travel. Fabricated components receive a semi gloss black powder coat finish to provide added resistance against corrosion and everyday exposure. Additionally, the kit installs with the supplied hardware and requires no welding, making it a practical foundation for ICON 4 to 6 inch suspension systems as well as compatible setups reaching 8 inches of lift.
