Optimized 4-Link Geometry for Maximum Ride Stability

The BDS 1695FS 5.5" Lift Kit is tailored for 2019–2024 RAM 3500 gas trucks equipped with rear overload leaf springs. This system replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with a true 4-link setup, delivering stronger, more stable suspension geometry and improved caster control throughout the wheel travel range.

Enhanced Handling and Precise Geometry Correction

At 5.5” of front lift, steering correction becomes critical. BDS includes a forged drop pitman arm, track bar drop bracket, and a transfer case indexing ring to align steering components and maintain smooth operation with the factory driveshaft. The HD crossmember reinforces transmission mounting for additional strength.

Tuned Coil Springs for Gas-Powered Trucks

The gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are tuned to provide a predictable ride and appropriate lift height across varying terrain. These work in harmony with the FOX 2.0 shocks, which feature internal floating piston (IFP) technology to separate nitrogen and shock oil, reducing fade and maintaining comfort during aggressive driving.

Rear Suspension Lift Setup

In the rear, 5" high-strength fabricated steel lift blocks, extended U-bolts, and FOX 2.0 Performance shocks level the stance and deliver reliable damping and load support.
