Precision 4-Link Geometry & Heavy-Duty Control

This bolt-on 4-link conversion replaces your OEM stamped radius arms with quarter-inch steel brackets and high-strength upper and lower control arms, dramatically improving suspension articulation and minimizing caster change through wheel travel.

Optimized Steering and Driveline Angles

To address the geometry changes from the lift, BDS includes a forged drop pitman arm, HD track bar bracket, and a transfer case indexing ring with a reinforced HD transmission crossmember. This ensures correct alignment and helps maintain use of the factory driveshaft without additional mods.

Rear Suspension Setup

Out back, the kit includes 5" high-strength lift blocks and extended U-bolts, along with matching FOX 2.0 Performance IFP shocks to balance the front lift and provide consistent ride quality, load support, and control over rough terrain.
